12 Months Product Warranty

All Proactiv products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase. Should you discover any damage or defect upon delivery, please contact our Customer Care Centre (03-88880000 or info@proactiv.com.my) and we will rectify the problem. Please retain your invoice for warranty purposes. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Delivery time

Our delivery guidelines are:

• Semenanjung Malaysia: Within 5 business days upon payment completion

• Sabah and Sarawak: Within 10 business days upon payment completion

Over 95% of our orders shipped arrive within these delivery times. 

 

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product and are within the money back guarantee period, please contact our Customer Care Centre to arrange for a replacement or return. Your Customer Service Representative will provide all necessary details to process your request including a Return Authorisation Number. The Return Processing Authorisation Number will ensure speedy processing of your return once received. Installment Payment Plan

We have yet to provide Installment Payment Plan for credit card users. Do contact us if you have any enquiries.

You grant Proactiv Malaysia the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content. You represent and warrant that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy; that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Proactiv Malaysia for all claims resulting from content you supply. Proactiv Malaysia takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
